"Free" software - that was the slogan on this website: "FREE! SUPER! Wow, !". As a consumer you are skeptical when you see such hype when downloading free software applications on the Internet. With lots of scams online, you should not get into any one program too soon.
I tried to get hold of Pola, the maker of the software application that downloaded so easily from their site, but the request was turned down by them. My request was either "Contact Us"Fill Out Form" and I chose the latter. No results came up in the pop-up box that I clicked and I kept on clicking. Eventually, I got to the "Application Not Found" page and I clicked "I would like to apply for a copy of the product". A few seconds later, a message popped up saying that there is no program in your downloads folder that matches the one that you are trying to download. It also said that your application has been marked as malicious and as a result you will not be able to receive it again.
So, Pola have made a conscious decision that they will not provide any support for their software. After such an announcement, I contacted the developer of the application in question and asked him whether they still offer the same program. He said that he will not contact Pola or talk to them anymore. He explained that he would rather block the developer of the application rather than face legal actions by them. The fact that this application is available for free on their website does not mean that the developer has to give them any support. He explained that he had decided to stop support for the application and has already deleted all of his hard drive. Now, the application can only be downloaded through a security tool that will remove all traces of the program.
